Thank you for shopping at 4-life.store. The following items are the terms & conditions that formulate our shipping policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Same country as shipping warehouse 2 - 6 business days.

Worldwide 14-21 days.

We endeavour to meet our valued customers orders in a timely manner, but occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can negatively affect this, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action etc.

Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available from the shipping warehouse. You will be notified via email so that yu can track the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

4-life.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture of the damaged item and email it to us right away at rjv@sky.com

We will only replace damaged goods upon receipt of the picture and this has to be within 48 hours of you receiving your order.
